Murdock was picked up by the Michigan Humane Society’s Cruelty Investigation Department emaciated, matted and in urgent need of medical attention. When he was checked out by the MHS veterinary staff, it was discovered that his eyes had ruptured, causing him pain and loss of sight. The best option for him was to remove both of his eyes so he would no longer be in pain. Following surgery, Murdock spent time in a foster home recovering, received a haircut and found the perfect home.   (Read more here:
